In this blog, I will show you How you can Save a PowerPoint Slide as a
Picture or Image. I have demonstrated the same in the video as well where I have used PowerPoint (PPT) 2016 which is a part of the Microsoft Office 365 package.
This method of saving a PPT slide as an image is particularly useful if you’re saving a slide for your YouTube video thumbnail.
In order to save a PowerPoint slide as a picture, follow the below-mentioned steps sequentially:
Hurray! Now you can check your location path where you have saved the exported Image File. You can find the converted Image there.

In order to save a PowerPoint slide as a picture, follow the below-mentioned steps sequentially:
- Go to the FILE menu
- Choose EXPORT option
- Next, choose CHANGE FILE TYPE option
- Then, choose the image file format, JPEG or PNG as per your requirement
- Click the SAVE AS button
- Browse the location path where you wanted to save the image file
- Give a name to your file
- And finally, it will give you an option to save just "one slide" or "all the slides" as a picture. You can choose any one of them as per your requirements.
Hurray! Now you can check your location path where you have saved the exported Image File. You can find the converted Image there.
